Hey, I'm Emma

Hey there! I’m Emma, your 6’2″ (yes, really!) pre/post-natal fitness specialist who truly gets the chaos of mom life. Why? Because I’m living it right alongside you with my two girls, Paige and Peyton!

My journey to becoming your fitness mentor wasn’t a straight path – it took an ACL injury during my college basketball days to help me discover my true passion: helping moms feel strong and confident in their bodies. After moving to Hawaii with my Navy husband (we met in Guam!), I started a moms’ fitness group that changed everything. Watching women transform not just their bodies, but their entire outlook on health and motherhood, showed me my true calling.

For the past 9 years, I’ve been in the trenches with moms just like you, creating realistic fitness solutions that work around nap times, snack breaks, and all the beautiful chaos that comes with motherhood. Three of those years have been specifically dedicated to pre and post-natal fitness, because let’s be honest – growing and recovering from growing a human is kind of a big deal!

What makes my approach different? I don’t just hand you a workout plan and send you on your way. I’m here to help you navigate the real stuff – like how to squeeze in exercise with little ones underfoot, what’s actually safe during pregnancy, and how to build strength without spending hours at the gym.
