Hey Momma, Meet Trainer Emma!

At Divine Body, we are passionate about helping pregnant women and moms improve their health and well-being. Emma, brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by moms on their fitness journeys. With over 9 years of experience and a specialization in pre-and post-natal fitness, Emma is dedicated to supporting mothers in navigating the challenges of motherhood while prioritizing their health.

Emma’s journey began in a small town in Montana, where her love for sports and dedication to becoming a skilled athlete took root. After a temporary setback due to an ACL injury, Emma re-discovered her love of personal training when she moved to Hawaii and started a moms group and one-on-one training sessions. It was during this time that she fell in love with supporting other moms on their fitness journeys and realized the importance of prioritizing health in the midst of motherhood.

As a mother of two beautiful girls herself, Emma understands firsthand the unique needs and concerns of moms. Her personal journey and commitment to research have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the “whole circle” of motherhood and fitness. With her empathetic approach and expertise, Emma is the ideal partner for moms looking to prioritize their health and fitness in a supportive and nurturing environment provided by Divine Body.
